How a visit works: what to know before booking
How to book a consultation

Booking through WhatsApp
Appointments are booked directly through WhatsApp. There's no form to fill out, no waiting list, and no need to go through a receptionist. The date and time are confirmed in the same conversation.

No referral required
Any adult can book directly, with no prior physician order or referral from another provider needed. Just get in touch and let us know the reason for your visit: initial evaluation, checkup, follow-up for an already diagnosed condition, or a specific clinical concern.

First visit or follow-up: what to mention when booking
When you reach out, let us know whether it's a first visit or a follow-up. This helps reserve the right amount of time for each type of visit. First visits run longer, since they include a complete intake, bioimpedance analysis, and a care plan.
What to bring to your visit
Identification
Photo ID
Insurance card, if you plan to request reimbursement afterward
Prior test results, even older ones
Bring any test results you have, regardless of date. Old blood work, ultrasound reports, results from previous checkups: any clinical document has value in understanding your health over time. Don't leave anything behind because you think it's outdated. That's an assessment for the physician to make.
A list of current medications
If you take any medication regularly, bring a list with the names, doses, and frequency. This includes supplements, vitamins, and contraceptives. If you don't know the exact names, a photo of the packaging works just as well.

What the visit looks like in practice
Each visit has dedicated time. There's no back-to-back overbooking and no rush to wrap things up.
Complete intake
Medical and family history, current concerns or preventive goals, lifestyle habits, medications. The basis for everything that follows.
Bioimpedance analysis + physical exam
On the first visit or periodic evaluation, bioimpedance analysis is performed in the office. The physical exam completes the clinical assessment. Based on this information, the physician determines which tests to order and the course of action.
What you receive at the end
A written health report with findings and goals, test orders with guidance, and educational materials when relevant. Prescriptions and sick notes are issued when clinically indicated.
Fees and payment methods
Private care | no insurance network
This practice operates exclusively as a private, self-pay service. It is not part of any insurance network. Consultation fees are provided at the time of booking.

Insurance reimbursement
Many health insurance plans allow partial or full reimbursement for visits outside their network. To request this, the patient asks for a receipt with the required details (physician's license number, diagnosis code when applicable, and the visit fee) and submits the request directly to the insurer.
The physician issues the receipt in a format suitable for reimbursement requests. Coverage and the percentage reimbursed depend entirely on each plan's contract and are not guaranteed by the practice.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Things come up. We simply ask that cancellations or rescheduling be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, so the time slot can be offered to another patient. Last-minute cancellations without notice may result in a no-show fee, as agreed at the time of booking.
